At Young Adult's Camp 2016, during the ministry time Saturday night, I had an emotional encounter with God. His unfailing love and peace reigned over me and my heart was delivered from spiritual scars inflicted upon me throughout my life. When Mike explained how unresolved spiritual issues embedded in portions and crevices of our lives needed spiritual solutions, I felt it really spoke to me. Jesus had begun the process of spiritual healing for me that night... It was the pinnacle of my faith journey, being able to have such a deep connection with God. I walked out of the camp a different person.

I have been more sensitive to the spirit of God in my daily life since the camp... I have been seeking guidance on a daily basis to help with building relationships with, and encouraging my family, friends and patients at work. This camp helped me realise God has empowered me…with the wisdom, courage and compassion to become the beacon of his light and love to the lives around us today, and the ones we will encounter tomorrow.
