Online Production Lead - Fixed Term
CityLife Church has an exciting opportunity for a creative and energetic individual to join a dynamic Online and Communications team as our Online Production Lead. This is a 12-month fixed term position of FTE 0.4 (2 days per week).
The Online Production Lead will oversee the technical quality, creative consistency, and delivery of CityLife Church’s Online services and bespoke events.
This role is instrumental in shaping the visual and technical expression of Online Church and is responsible for developing and leading a volunteer tech team. Key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:- Responsible for the technical quality and consistency of the Online production and streams, both on weekends and for bespoke events as needed.
- Work closely with the Knox Creative Production staff during the week to ensure Online weekend technical requirements are catered for and in place.
- Work with the Online Pastor and Communications staff to develop suitable “look and feel” for church services.
- Ensuring that the Online Hosts are comfortable with production requirements for the weekend services and mixed into the broadcast stream suitably.
- Ensuring that equipment is maintained to a high standard and that services are delivered with efficiency and safety in mind.
The successful applicant will have:- Streaming and live production knowledge, including setup and testing and troubleshooting is essential
- Experience in streaming and live production
- Experience in video content creation and graphic design highly desirable
- Experience in teaching and training individuals and small groups in production operations and troubleshooting
- Confidence in identifying and recruiting talented volunteers and supervising and upholding standards of kingdom behaviour and professionalism
- Media or Film/TV qualifications desirable but not essential

CLCC Reception & Administration Assistant - Casual
We are currently seeking a Reception and Administration Assistant for our Knox-based CityLife Community Care Reception team on a Casual basis. You will be part of a friendly, vibrant team who welcome visitors, have a ready smile and flexibility surrounding rosters.
This role interacts with staff and volunteers across many ministries and complements our permanent Reception Team by providing Reception cover
The Reception and Administration Assistant is the first point of contact with all telephone callers and visitors to CityLife Community Care (CLCC) during office hours. They will ensure that all telephone callers and visitors are directed to the appropriate staff member in a pleasant, warm and efficient manner. To be successful in this role you will be familiar with church culture and have excellent people skills. You will have attention to detail and be good at adapting to extremely busy or quiet periods. This is an onsite role at CityLife Community Care in Knox at 1248 High Street Road Wantirna South, 3152 Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Answer and screen in-coming phone calls and emails.
- Attend to CLCC clients upon their arrival at the centre in a timely and friendly manner.
- Ensure that all phone calls are managed in a timely manner and transferred to the appropriate team member.
- Ensure the accurate management of client appointments within Client Management System.
- Assist counselling and psychology practitioners and specialists with basic administration support i.e. taking calls, making referrals for appointments/Client management system (CMS).
- Provide administrative support to welfare, counselling and community support teams as approved by supervisor. When major events are scheduled throughout the year additional administration support may be required.
- Provide support to Community Support staff with appointment management and Food Briefs where necessary.
The successful candidate will have:- Previous reception/administration experience
- Proficient with use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Previous experience with Client Management Systems
- Understanding of the church or faith-based context
- Experience in working with people from diverse backgrounds.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated spiritual gifts and ministry and have a heart for leading, coaching and developing teams across several church ministries. Alignment with CityLife’s Pentecostal doctrinal theology is critical, with a proven capacity for theological reflection and an ability to work in a reporting relationship to a Board.
The Role
The Senior Minister is responsible for the strategic direction and spiritual health of the church and its ministries. Working closely with the CityLife Multisite Leadership Team, the Senior Minister provides leadership to our CityLife Sites and Ministries.

We are seeking an experienced leader who has demonstrated skills in equipping, mentoring, and developing others. Of critical importance, this person will have highly developed communication skills, with the ability to teach, preach and coach others in these areas. With highly developed servant leadership style, the successful candidate will be skilled in navigating cross cultural experiences and sensitivities, building networks and external relationships.
The Senior Minister will have demonstrated commercial capability and proven experience in growing people-based / member-based organisations and navigating complex matters. They will have previous experience in working collaboratively across several ministries and operational support areas to ensure the effective running of a church or organisation.
It is essential that the Senior Minister hold formal qualifications in Christian ministry and/or theology and can demonstrate a life submitted to Christ through lifestyle choices, words and practice. Previous experience in a Senior Minister role and/or a multi-site church context will be highly regarded for this key role. CityLife Church is committed to the safety, protection and wellbeing of all children and young people across all of our congregations and worksites. A Police Check and current Working with Children’s Check will be mandatory for this position on appointment and before commencement.
