Weekend Services Executive Assistant (over 3 - 4 days)
CityLife Church has a fantastic part-time opportunity for an enthusiastic person who has a calling to serve and support the creation and execution of inspiring church services and special events.
This role involves organising, co-ordinating and managing weekend church services and major events (incl. Christmas, Easter and Inspire).
You have strong communication skills, are able to work autonomously and be a team player. You will be required to deal with people from different levels. This position will report to the Senior Minister and work closely with the Communications Manager, Creative Ministries Pastor and Lead and Service Pastors. You will have great hospitality skills as the role will also act as the liaison for all visiting Ministry guests.
This is a dynamic role and we are seeking a self-motivated and passionate person to see church services run smoothly and effectively. You have the confidence to influence and be decisive.

Pastoral Administrative Assistant - Manningham (3 - 4 days)
CityLife Manningham is our site based in the
Manningham area with offices in Bulleen. We have a vacancy for a part-time,
mid-week, role as Pastoral Administrative Assistant. This role provides support
in the administration of the site and preparation of Sunday weekend services
(including Chinese Church held at the Ajani Centre in Lower Templestowe).
will provide a wide range of general administrative duties supporting the Lead
Pastor and Pastor. Administration and liaising with volunteer teams, including
rostering, coordinating and recruiting. This position will also require the preparation
and administration for LifeGroups and training and Visitors Lounge refreshments.
You will need
a friendly and positive attitude, be pro-active and have a self-motivated
approach. You will also be able to work autonomously as well as being part of a
small team. Attention to detail and excellent time management skills is
essential. Great communication skills in dealing with church members,
volunteers as well as outside service providers is highly regarded.

Communications Manager (3 - 5 days)
The Communications Manager will shape future development of
CityLife’s communications infrastructure and manage our brand as presented
internally and externally. The position
will report to the Executive Minister and oversee a small team of communications
specialists (web designer, graphics, videography). The role is critical to us expressing our
core messages to existing and future Church members through our online presence
and other forms of communication. It is
