EPIC Youth Administration Assistant

We have an opportunity to support our EPIC Youth team in overseeing all general administration involved with the day-to-day running of the office.  These include tasks and roles as required to fulfil the operational requirements of the Youth ministry (EPIC Youth JNR High and SNR High networks) or other areas of ministry at CityLife church as directed. In addition, this role also includes the management of registrations and sponsorship process for our annual EPIC Youth Camp.

You will have great administration, communication and time management skills in supporting the Youth Pastor and Youth team. This role will attract those who love a fast-paced and fun working environment.

EPIC Youth Events Coordinator – part-time

We have a new opportunity to support the EPIC Youth team in coordinating EPIC Live and Life Group events on a weekly basis. This role is also responsible for overseeing the planning of the annual EPIC Youth Camp, and other special events that take place throughout the term. This exciting role also looks after social media platforms and other tasks to fulfil the operational requirements of EPIC Youth Ministry.

You have great skills in planning and co coordinating events as well as training, developing and supporting the leaders of each event team. You will love a fast-paced, fun working environment.

Admin and Events Assistant (CityLife Kids) – part-time

We are currently seeking an Admin and Events Assistant for our CityLife Kids Team based at Knox. This is a part-time role for two weekdays plus one day on the weekend.

You will be an integral part of this dynamic Kids Team. You will have strong administration and communication skills, including planning, coordinating events, training and developing the Welcome Team.  You will bring great support to our Kids Pastors and volunteers.

Network Pastor Whittlesea - part-time

CityLife Church is committed “to raise up fervent followers of Jesus Christ who will reach out and impact communities, cities and nations for the Kingdom of God”. CityLife Church prides itself in the structure of its Life Groups which exist for the purpose of pastoral care, discipleship, ministry development and evangelism.

This role serves the Whittlesea congregation and connects with the wider community.   You will work closely with the Lead Pastor, Coaches and Life Group Leaders in creating a healthy environment where church members can simultaneously grow in spiritual development and have a sense of belonging. You will also connect new attenders and members with Life Groups and be the first contact point for general pastoral support.  You will provide training, pastoral care and encouragement to Whittlesea’s volunteer leaders. You will contribute to Sunday services whether by hosting, occasional preaching (if this is your gift) and work with Venue Managers and Ministry Leaders.

You have good administration and communications skills and love the local church.  If you have a passion to be part of this exciting ministry in Melbourne’s north we would love to hear from you.
