Community Mentoring Program Coordinator (part-time)
This role exists to support the delivery of CLCC’s Community Mentoring program(s) through the recruitment, training, screening, matching and supervision of volunteer mentors. As part of the Community Mentoring and Training team (CMT), the Mentoring Program Coordinator will mobilise mentors to support individuals and families to explore their strengths, define and achieve goals in areas such as finance, employment, personal development, independent living etc. and, ultimately be empowered towards a thriving future.
Role responsibilities:
- Mentoring program(s) coordination and delivery
- Client management
- Leadership of volunteer team
- Administration
Role requirements:
- Demonstrated people skills and experience in working effectively with people from diverse background and all walks of life.
- Experience in in-take, assessment and case management in mental health, isolation, addiction and family violence.
- Effective in leading teams
- Highly organised, multi-tasker
- Excellent written, oral communication and administrative skills
- Tertiary qualification in social work, community services or other relevant discipline, or working towards such qualification. Alternatively, a lower qualification in the relevant field, accompanied with significant working experience in community services sector.

Creative Audio Leader (f/t)
This is a full-time position at our Knox site. It ensures the strength of our Audio teams, services and systems for Weekend Services and Events. It fosters a culture of competency and character, equipping and resourcing teams, and caring for individuals as needed.
This role will involve;
- Building Audio Teams
- Providing audio leadership during our Weekend Services
- Managing the rostering and bookings administration
- Overseeing setup/pack downs
- Overseeing the audio equipment - supply, storage, maintenance & delivery
- Ensuring appropriate resourcing and equipment are available for key events in concert with the Creative Production Leader, incl weekly chapel services
