EPIC Youth Events Coordinator - Audio & Media (Part time)
CityLife’s EPIC Youth Team is currently seeking applications for the role of EPIC Youth Events Coordinator – Audio / Media.
The Role

This part time role exists to support the EPIC Youth Team in coordinating EPIC events and Life Groups on a weekly basis during the term with a focus on audio and media.  The Events Coordinator also plays an active part in the planning and overseeing of the annual EPIC Youth Camp.

About You

You are organised, tech and media savvy, creative and an excellent communicator.  You enjoy working with people and raising up and training volunteers.  Your time management skills are well developed and you enjoy working in a team to organise and coordinate events.

Online Pastor (part-time)
CityLife is seeking applications for the position of Online Pastor. This newly developed position will work closely with the Senior Minister, Senior Leadership and Lead Pastors to establish, develop and pastor an online congregation.
The Role

The role of Online Pastor will be an integral part of the growth of our online ministry and the development of the online congregation.  In the initial stages, the Online Pastor will develop the look and feel of the current online services towards a format that will be tailored to an online congregation.  The Online Pastor will seek to grow the congregation, developing the format of online services to meet the online community and extending the range of resources available to the online congregation by integrating and adapting the existing congregational model to an online environment.  This would include Pastoral Care, Life Group Networks and Life Tracks.

The ongoing role of the Online Pastor will be to provide leadership to an online congregation, adapting as necessary the current CityLife systems in pastoral care, discipleship, leadership training and development to an online environment.  The Online Pastor will develop and lead a team of volunteers to support all aspects of the online congregation including developing a greater presence on social media platforms.

About you

Having previously worked in positions of leadership and pastoral care, you easily connect and build rapport with people.  You have previously worked in online environments, ideally in the delivery of online services and establishing an online congregation.  You will have extensive working knowledge and use of online and social media platforms and feel comfortable in front of a camera.  You will have excellent verbal and communication skills.

You have demonstrated confidence in your spiritual gifts and ministry and have a heart for connecting people to the church through outreach and Life Groups.  You have the ability to recruit, select and develop leaders and volunteers.

Studies in, or willingness to study, ministry/ theology is preferred.  A Police Check and Working with Children’s Check will be mandatory for this position.
