World Impact Operations Manager
CityLife is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our World Impact team. As an active member of the World Impact Team and under direction from the World Impact Director the Operations Manager will manage the financial aspects of World Impact and ensure reporting requirements are met, whilst overseeing the relevant volunteer teams.

CityLife is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our World Impact team. As an active member of the World Impact Team and under direction from the World Impact Director the Operations Manager is responsible for:

  • Managing the financial aspects of World Impact 
  • Managing the field project process and reporting requirements
  • Co-Ordinating and develop administrative systems, processes and policies
  • Overseeing and coordinating all communication and IT aspects of World Impact
  • Developing and managing relevant volunteer teams

About you
As a committed and dedicated professional you will have operational, leadership and management experience and have managed operation / administrative functions previously. With an appropriate tertiary qualification and experience, you will have knowledge of financial, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.  You will also have knowledge in relation to the Australian Charities and Not-for-profit Commission’s External Conduct Standards (ACNC ECS)
Your advanced skills in written and verbal communication (including reporting) will be well utilised.  You will be able to demonstrate your proactive problem-solving skills and improve processes by identifying innovative and best practice solutions.  You will also have basic graphic and video editing skills.
