Young Adults Pastor - Knox
The Young Adults Pastor (Knox) is a
Head of Ministry position that leads all aspects of the Young Adults Ministry
(18 – 30 year olds). It is based at Knox and also “champions” Young Adults for
our other sites. It facilitates a
dynamic and vibrant program that provides irresistible events where our young
adults are challenged and nurtured to grow in their Christian walk.
Responsibilities include leadership and management, planning, organising and
overseeing events, pastoral ministry and hosting. This role has a presence at

values and have current experience. Ideally you will have or be working towards
a tertiary theology qualification. If

Network Pastor Knox (Full-Time incl one weekend day)
This critical role, based at our Knox central site, is the
driving force behind a large “network” of volunteer leaders of small groups
(Life Groups). You will provide leadership, motivation, pastoral care and
outreach to leaders in your network. Our
Network Pastors look after their own networks whilst imparting church vision
and collaborating with each other.
This role also has a focus on weekend services. The
successful applicant will use their gifts, whether it be hosting weekend
services/events or teaching/preaching in services or programs (eg LifeTrax).
is in an exciting stage of our journey as a church. We have major new buildings
and infrastructure and recently launched our new “No Limits” Vision. We are rolling-out new CityLife leadership
and spiritual growth programs to staff and the Church membership; Network
Pastors will be key drivers of this.
