Community Connect Programs Coordinator (2 days)

The role of the Community Connect Programs Coordinator exists for developing and overseeing the delivery of CLCC’s community programs for group participants under the direction of Community Connect and Support team leader. These programs focus on providing social connections and support to those who are socially isolated or lacking social support.

CLCC community connect programs aim to improve the social and mental wellbeing of their participants, through social interactions among the participants, customised programs, and connection to other services.  Together with other internal and external services, CLCC desires to empower the participants to live out their full potential.

You will be responsible for:
  • Program coordination and delivery
  • Client management
  • Leadership of volunteer teams
  • Administration


Your skillset:
  • Demonstrated people skills and experience in working effectively with people from diverse background and all walks of life
  • Experience in in-take, assessment and case management in mental health, isolation, addiction and family violence
  • Effective in leading teams
  • Highly organised, multi-tasker
  • Excellent written, oral communication and administrative skills
  • Tertiary qualification in social work, community services or other relevant discipline, or working towards such qualification. Alternatively, a lower qualification in the relevant field, accompanied with significant working experience in community services sector

Mentoring Program Coordinator (2 days)

This role exists to support the delivery of CityLife Community Care Mentoring program(s) through the recruitment, training, screening, matching and supervision of volunteer mentors. As part of the Community Mentoring and Training team, the Mentoring Program Coordinator will mobilize mentors to support individuals and families to explore their strengths, define and achieve goals in areas such as finance, employment, personal development, independent living and, ultimately, be empowered towards a thriving future.

Role responsibilities:
  • Mentoring program(s) coordination and delivery
  • Client management
  • Leadership of volunteer team
  • Administration

CityLife Kids Pastor Knox - Preschool Support (Casual Sat/Sun)

CityLife Church Knox is looking for an enthusiastic person with a heart for Kids to fill a casual position to assist the CityLife Kids Pastor - Knox (Preschool Supervisor) with the planning and organising of the ministry. The role focuses on care and spiritual development of CityLife Kids Preschool (children aged 12 months to 5 years) and journeying with special needs’ families.

You will be responsible for assisting in recruiting, training and overseeing our volunteers as well as coordinating and teaching the weekend program. You have strong communication skills, love to take initiative and are able to work as both a leader and a team player.
