Graphic Designer
This role acts as a member of the communications team in achieving alignment of all communications with the CityLife agreed brand values and message, including assisting in the creation of multi-channel campaigns both print and digital, ensuring a cohesive ‘look’ and message across all types of communications.
This role provides graphic images and design work for all communications platforms as directed, to produce high quality, inspiring communications which align with our brand, vision and mission.

  1. To work with the Communications Team and key ministry stakeholders to provide ongoing regular designs for “All Church” communications. Including but not limited to: brochures, teaching series, events and other projects. 
  2. To provide designs according to briefings from the communications HOM or persons delegated with this authority

Online Pastor - Fixed Term
CityLife Church is currently seeking an Online Pastor. CityLife currently streams services on Sunday, and regularly creates content for missional as well as congregational development. As part of our multi-site strategy, CityLife is looking to improve our digital engagement as the first point of contact for an increasing number of visitors and new congregants, as well as develop our online congregational expressions.
The primary role of the Online Pastor is to provide leadership to online congregational expressions including but not exclusive to church services. The role thus involves adapting strategically and progressively the current CityLife systems in pastoral care, discipleship, leadership training and development to an online environment. The Online Pastor develops and leads a team of volunteers to support all aspects of the online congregation including developing a greater presence on social media platforms as appropriate. The Online Pastor is responsible for representing CityLife Church to the world in the digital realm, and so should be committed to the values, norms, and congregational culture of CityLife.

The Online Pastor should look to the missional opportunities inherent to the digital realm and should be able to guide a team of staff and volunteers in creating audio-visual content that engages with relevant issues and draws people into the CityLife ecosystem.

About you

Having previously worked in positions of leadership and pastoral care, you easily connect and build rapport with people.  You have previously worked in online environments, ideally in the delivery of online services and establishing an online congregation.  You will have extensive working knowledge and use of online and social media platforms and feel comfortable in front of a camera.  You will have excellent verbal and communication skills.

You have demonstrated confidence in your spiritual gifts and ministry and have a heart for connecting people to the church through outreach and Life Groups.  You have the ability to recruit, select and develop leaders and volunteers.

Channels and Content Coordinator – Online Church. Fixed Term
CityLife Church has a Fixed term Vacancy for an Online Church Channels and Content Coordinator. The Channels and Content Coordinator is responsible for the growth and engagement of our online congregation; coordinating and producing content for CityLife’s social media channels; assisting in digital events and initiatives to reach a wider group of people.
The Channels and Content Coordinator has previous experience in social media and online strategy and is highly proficient with content creation for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Working alongside the Online Pastor and the Communications Director, the Channels and Content Coordinator will contribute to the strategy development and vision of CityLife Online. As one of the people responsible for CityLife’s look and feel, the Channels and Content Coordinator will need to be able to embody and represent the values, character, and faith of CityLife Church.
