CityLife Kids – Knox (Admin and Events Assistant)

CityLife Kids is seeking a driven and experienced Administration & Events Assistant to join our amazing team on a permanent, part-time basis.

This role exists to proactively support our Kids Pastor (Head of Ministry) and team with general administrative duties in all areas of the CityLife Kids ministry to create a safe, fun and God-filled environment.

Working cross functionally, including engaging with church members and volunteers, you will be required to cultivate and enhance the admin support of our Kids team. This is a hands-on, fast paced role that requires someone who is dedicated and quick thinking.

Key responsibilities of the role include (but not limited to):
  • Planning, implementing and processing of events 
  • Selecting, training, developing and supporting the Welcome team
  • Coaching, mentoring interns/volunteers
  • Maintaining of inventory, roster, website, database, IT equipment and online manual
  • Managing enquiries

CityLife Kids Pastor Knox - Lower Primary (part-time)

At CityLife Kids, we believe the earlier someone can encounter Jesus, the better, and through our ministry, we have the privilege and opportunity to help facilitate this, by creating a safe, fun, and God-filled environment which is an honour to be a part of.

We are looking for an energetic part-time Kids pastor who can assist with the planning and organising of the administrative and ministry (care and spiritual development) aspects of CityLife Kids Lower Primary (Prep to Year 2).

About you and the role
You are a natural leader who is passionate and enthusiastic about kids and you understand the importance of this vital and exciting ministry.

Your strong leadership & coordination skills will see you thrive in the following areas:
  • Primary curriculum
  • Pastoral oversight
  • Teaching & hosting
  • LifeGroup involvement
