We are looking for an enthusiastic person with a heart for Kids to fill the role of part-time Children’s Pastor – Knox (Primary 6 & TASK Force). This role assists the Head of Ministry plan, organise and deliver ministry programs and our TASK Force junior leadership program. You will help recruit and train volunteers, coordinate TASK Force and promote Year 6 transition to our Youth ministry.  You will help create a warm, safe and practical environment for kids on weekends and caringly support volunteers and parents.

CityLife Kids Admin and Events Assistant (Fixed Term Maternity Leave position)

We currently seek an Admin and Events Assistant for our CityLife Kids Team, Knox. This is a 2 days per week role and is a fixed term maternity leave position (approx. 8 months).  We anticipate starting handover in June.

You will be an integral part of this dynamic Kids Team. You will have strong administration and communication skills, including planning, coordinating events, training and developing the Welcome Team.  You will bring great support to our Kids Pastors and volunteers during this maternity leave period.

Business Administration & Reception Assistant

We are currently seeking a 4 days/week Business Administration & Reception Assistant for our Knox-based central services team. As part of a friendly, vibrant team you will be involved in welcoming our visitors to CityLife through to providing administrative support for the operational infrastructure of the church.

This role interacts with staff and volunteers across many ministries.

To be successful in this role you will be familiar with church culture and have excellent administration experience including use of Microsoft word and Excel, attention to detail and be a team player.

CityLife Community Care - COACH Community Mentoring Coordinator

CityLife Community Care (CLCC) is the community impact expression of CityLife Church Knox. It exists to connect our church with our local community, to support and empower people in need to thrive.

We are seeking to employ a part-time COACH Community Mentoring Coordinator for Community Care which focuses on supporting the delivery of CLCC’s COACH Community Mentoring program through recruitment, training, screening, matching and supervision of  volunteer mentors. As part of the Mentoring and Training team, the COACH Community Mentoring Coordinator will mobilise mentors to support families to explore their strengths, define and achieve goals and, ultimately, empower towards a thriving future.

You will have opportunity to:

  • COACH Program coordination and delivery
  • Client Management
  • Leadership of the volunteer team
  • Demonstrate excellent administration skills
