A Story of Healing

My daughter was born with a heart defect. At 3 1/2 months she had open heart surgery and was told they had not completely fixed the defect and her heart still had a moderate leaky valve causing the heart to enlarge and threatening another surgery. For the last two years she has been on medication to prevent the enlargement and she has bi-annual check-ups at the Royal Children's Hospital to ensure the leak has not worsened. (In the middle of December) we were informed by the cardiologist that she is free from any danger. Although the valve is still leaky, the body seems to be coping without the medication. We truly believe in the power of fervent prayer. God heals in his time and miracles do happen through God. Our God is good !!
