Story of Transformation from School of Ministry

At the start of the semester I was really excited to begin this path (attending School of Ministry), as this was completely new to me and it was a big step of faith. However, I knew this was where I was supposed to be. I started strong, but through the weeks I lost sight, lost confidence, doubted myself and to some extent, doubted in God too. I allowed past thoughts to overcome my life, yet again, and in turn I struggled with my studies.
One of the most exciting times this semester was when I received the gift of tongues through the baptism of the Holy Spirit. It lifted my spirit and I regained hope and confidence in myself and why I was there. I was able to get some understanding in my life and simply felt rejuvenated. I know there is so much more I need to learn about the Holy Spirit, and I am still practising with my spiritual language, but I also understand it is all in God’s timing and there is a purpose for everything that happens.
