Nearly two years ago I was diagnosed with stage three breast cancer. After enduring surgery, six months of chemo and six weeks of radiation I was finally in remission and ready to live again. As I looked forward to celebrating 2015 a routine ultrasound detected a new 3cm lump in the other breast. This felt like de ja vu accompanied by a good dose of fear. I called my pastors, Edward and Heidi, who immediately prayed for me and placed me on the prayer list. What followed was an outpouring of love and support with many words of encouragement. On the day of the biopsy I felt relatively calm. As the doctor probed the lump he stated, in a surprised voice, that the lump had just disappeared. He went on to say it must have been a cyst and the pathology would reveal it. I'm happy to announce that the pathology revealed absolutely nothing. No cellular changes, no infection, in fact, nothing at all to report. I know that my God miraculously healed me in an instant, praise be to God.
