God Moves When We are Willing to Step Outside Church

I have been so amazed at the doors that have opened at our local primary school. We started simply by staying after school to play with other kids. Talking regularly with other parents led to me running a Christian Parenting program. Non-Christian mums came with their toddlers because they know us and loved us. This then led to another course on Simplicity. We chatted very deeply, we prayed together, we shared life. On the kids front, our children talked freely about Jesus, prayer & being saved. My fondest memory was when my son brought his Minecraft Bible to school. The kids flocked to see it and they all had their favourite stories. My son continued to bring lots of Christian books, Manga Bibles etc and shared it among friends to read. Most were non-Christians. By the time the kids reached Year 7, we had car loads of kids coming to Epic Youth. Several of the kids have accepted Christ over the years and we trust God to continue this work. God moves when we are willing to step outside church!
