I was retrenched and have found it difficult to secure another job. I thank God for my life group members who have been very supportive not only in prayer and encouragement, but were active in helping me in my job search.

Even though my skills and background fitted the experience required for many of the positions I applied for, I was not shortlisted for any interviews. It was a trying period for me, to let go and just wait patiently on the Lord. I would have been deeply thankful for a contracting position but God sees and knows... He graciously answered our prayers, and provided a permanent position. This is over and above what I have been praying for! “Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever.” Psalms 100:5
