This year has been a tough year for us, but we have seen God's faithfulness in so many ways. My husband was recently diagnosed with what the doctors called 'significant early-stage cancer' which would not have been found had our family doctor not been persistent. We are grateful for him, for successful surgery and for a good prognosis. I don't always find it easy to talk about my faith, but I was chatting to a non-Christian friend recently who I have been supporting through her own cancer journey. She has watched us and how our church family has supported us, and commented "I think I need to join a church. You've got so much support, and I haven't". So I've invited her to Life Group in the New Year. Watch this space.
