I got a job back in 2014 where I worked as a collections officer. I struggled a lot with a lot of workplace bullying. I kept praying to God and trusting him for a better job as I was more qualified than my bosses. Soon after, one of my workmates was fired and they replaced her with someone who was not very qualified who required a lot of help from me but always claimed she had done the work herself.

I kept looking for better opportunities but this new boss of mine resigned and told the bosses that I was more qualified than she was and that she thought they should give me the job. I was promoted from collections officer to the head of admin and accounts. God answered my prayers and it was so reassuring that God's favour was upon me. It is who God says who I am, not what people say or what I think about myself. God exalted me and I am forever grateful. All praise and honour to our God. I've been at the same job for more than two years now. That's my story.
