Through School of Ministry and working with Alpha, I have learned skills and uncovered talents that I never knew I had. My confidence and ability have increased, and allowed me to move forward personally and help empower other Alpha leaders and helpers in their own journeys.

The impact on your personal life and growth is amazing when you help and encourage others to realise their potential. I started the last term in 2015 feeling overwhelmed, stressed and I really lacking confidence, but through encouragement and people’s belief in me, I’ve learned that I am more than capable and with God’s help I can achieve and do well at new things. I can see how much I’ve grown and developed as a person and also a child of God.
