LifeTracks
is our 'Life Development and Leadership' course, which consists of six 'Tracks'.

Coaching is a collaborative and hands-on relational process to help someone succeed and achieve their God-given potential in both life and ministry.

Our brand new Track 6 – Coach Life course, will equip you to walk alongside an individual or a group to help them clarify goals, develop strategies, overcome challenges, and achieve personal/spiritual growth. You will learn comprehensive tools and skills around active listening, asking powerful questions, providing feedback, and offering support and guidance to facilitate self-discovery, learning, and goal attainment.

By attending this course, you will not only develop as an effective coach, you will also pass on the coaching skills so that the people you are discipling can further coach others.

Topics covered are:
  • A vision for Coaching
  • Qualities and Skills of a effective Coach
  • Discipling Toolkit Part 1
  • Discipling Toolkit Part 2
  • Coaching Environment Part 1
  • Coaching Environment Part 2

There is no children's program available, so parents will need to make alternative arrangements for their children.
Please note that a Participant's Guide will be supplied on the day. Don't forget to bring a pen!
