Every hire includes somewhere to serve tea, coffee and food — either built into the room itself, or in one of our shared spaces. Here’s what each one offers, and which venues it comes with.
Meeting Room 4 - In-Room Kitchenette
Kitchenettes with sink and water run along the side wall of Rooms 4 and 5. Room 4’s side also includes a fridge. Available whether you hire the rooms separately or combined.

A kitchenette built into Meeting Room 1 itself, so you can serve tea, coffee and light refreshments without moving your group. The room also opens onto the Main Entrance Foyer and Terry’s Kitchen.

Holland Room - In-Room Kitchenette
A built-in kitchenette in the Holland Room, with the amenities needed to serve refreshments alongside a recital, service or meeting without leaving the room.
Holland Room - Breakout Area
The space immediately outside the Holland Room, for when you need people out of the room between sessions or the group is larger than the in-room kitchenette can comfortably serve.

Undercover Marquee
A sheltered outdoor space that stays usable in Melbourne’s changing weather, making it a practical year-round option for outdoor meetings, lunches, dinners and gatherings.
