We shape values both intentionally and unintentionally in many areas of life. At CityLife, these are short statements that characterise what is important to us. Basic expectations relevant to any church are not necessarily included, since we look at those elements which are unique to our culture. Specifically, we are a Jesus-Centred, Spirit-Filled, Welcoming, Life-Sharing, Disciple-Making, Hope-Bringing, and Multiplying Church. As a Hope-Bringing church, we shape a culture by which people are transformed by God when we first reach them with the love of a God who has transformed us. Our love reflects the unconditional love of God in hearts that are aligned, with love that is actioned in the community, and aimed at specific people who need Jesus.
