Before I became a follower of Jesus I thought I was invisible and unimportant. I thought everyone else was normal and there was something wrong with me, due to the trauma of childhood sexual abuse. I thought this world was a sad and lonely place. After an encounter with Jesus I received healing; continuous healing. He showed me that he is bigger than my sorrow. He gave me back my life, and showed me how to use it to help others. Today I am a social worker.
