Last year my partner and I were on the hunt for our home. After 6 months of searching to no avail, I decided to stop pretending that I could get somewhere in my own strength and to lift up my prayers to fully surrender to Father God Almighty. So from then, each night, my partner and I held hands in our prayers to the Lord. What occurred next was nothing short of a miracle. A wonderful place suddenly appeared that we didn't think was in our league. I went to inspect for the first time on 20 November 2025 and immediately felt like this was the answer to our prayers. The place felt familiar and natural. Then in merely 9 days, we needed to overcome a series of challenges in every aspect one could possibly face when making a purchase of a home - we didn't have a pre-approval, my partner had started a new job in that same month, and we had a very modest deposit that simply wasn't enough for the league this property is in - none of them was easy or placed us in a good position. However, FAITH does not make things easy, it makes them possible! This is when God's work came in, literally removed every obstacle, broke every stronghold, and enabled every breakthrough. We bought the place at an auction 9 days later, on 29 November 2025. I look back on this journey and I don't have anything else to say other than to thank God. He is with us in everything we do, and He will meet us where we are and provide for what we need.
