On Australia day we had a BBQ for our Life Group and invited a few people along. After lunch we thought we'll spend some time singing a few Christian songs and thank God for what he has done for us. We prayed for everyone who attended. One of our friends was touched by our prayers and thanked us for praying for him. He was brought up as a foster child and was a runaway kid and spent most of his time on the streets as he didn't get on with his foster parents and the family. He had never kept in touch with his foster family for years. Two weeks after the BBQ, he rang us and said that after we prayed for him something changed. He has now rebuilt those relationships and he will be spending Easter Sunday with his foster mum. It is amazing to see what God is doing in his life. His life is being restored. We serve an amazing God.
