I have been on a Probus Club committee for the last 2 years and became friends with the president and his wife. He recently had to step down from his position due to ill health and was dealing with several serious conditions including Mesothelioma which is from exposure to asbestos dust and is terminal. I said I would pray for them. They call themselves spiritual but not Christian. However, they were happy for me to include them in my prayers. He has had lots of tests confirming the diagnosis. This week he had another test which found he was in remission!! This astounded the rest of our club who commented that this never happens and it’s a miracle. I know this is an answer to prayer. Praise God! I have yet to speak with them since hearing this good news but will be catching up with them soon.
