I recently left a domestic violence situation and needed a
new laptop and printer to be able to find work in my field of expertise –
digital marketing. I was struggling to make ends meet and suffering from
depression. Despite this, I really wanted to try and change my circumstances,
and maybe even start my own marketing business. CityLife Community Care helped
with some fully subsidised counselling and through two generous donors, they
were able to provide me with a brand-new laser printer; a near new laptop,
carry bag and large screen. The generous donor also gifted me with a near-new
Google Pixel phone as well! I am overwhelmed by the support and generosity! For
the first time in a while, I once more had hope.
