I grew up in a Christian home and attended a Christian school. But only started to take my faith more seriously recently. Some months back, I started a fast from all movies and TV shows and was able to intentionally spend more time with God. My relationship with God has grown significantly. I have been hearing from God more clearly and experiencing much joy! When we prioritise God, despite everything else vying for our attention, He values our sacrifice. I am able to focus on Him and am so much more in tune with His presence and voice.
