Blokes Side by Side is a support group, run fortnightly by CityLife Community Care, for men from the community who are isolated and going through challenging life situations. One of the men recently commented: “This group gives me a reason to get out of bed and stops me from sliding into depression and despair. I feel as though the guys here are my friends and I don’t know where I would be now if it wasn’t for this group.”
