We are so excited to be able to take progressive steps to move back to face-to-face meetings; doing so with care to protect the health and safety of all. Online broadcasting of services and KIDS Connect will continue to enable those not attending a face-to-face service to participate in their homes.

Watch the video update from our Senior Minister, Andrew Chisholm.

Weekend Services

Here's a brief snapshot of the re-opening plans across all our sites, in line with public health advice. Re-opening schedules may vary, and your ministry leaders and lead pastors will keep you updated on specific plans. Please make sure you are subscribed to our newsletters and follow us on social media.

Please note that to attend a service, every guest is required to register and obtain a ticket for entry. This aids with contact tracing and density quotas.

Registration links will be open on Thursdays (first in best dressed).

Face to Face Services at Knox - Video Guide
Safety Measures
Keeping our community safe is our shared responsibility. If you are feeling unwell or having flu-like symptoms, we ask that you join our Church Online. We will be keeping all our shared spaces, safe, spacious and sanitised.

Arrival
We are asking that all registered guests wear a face mask when in our building, unless a medical exemption is provided.
Have your ticket and QR code ready for our Welcome Team to check you in. You will be ushered to your seat to help ensure safe distancing.
Our services will be entirely "Contact Free". Please greet each other with a friendly wave. Offering containers will not be passed, but will be available at the back of the room. Individually packed communion elements will be used during communion services.
Please keep social distancing, including 1.5m between seats.
We ask all guests to leave promptly after the service has ended so that cleaning can take place before the next service. Once you exit the church premises, current social gathering restrictions apply.

Additional Cleaning
Our teams will clean and disinfect frequently when the building is in use (doors, counters, toilets, kids spaces, etc.)
Chairs will be cleaned with a non-staining disinfectant cleaning solution between services.
The building will be cleaned and disinfected before and between each service, and at the end of the day.
Life Groups
Life Groups can now meet physically, virtually, or a combination of both subject to the comfort levels of the group members, the restrictions in place and the guidelines issued to Leaders. When we meet face-to-face, let’s all take the necessary hygiene precautions.

If you are not part of a Life Group yet, join today!
