CityLife Church has a zero-tolerance approach to any form of abuse. CityLife Church is committed to the safety, protection and wellbeing of all children and young people from any form of abuse and neglect, and actively seeks to prevent its occurrence. This is of fundamental importance as we seek to nurture and encourage children and young people to grow in the knowledge that God loves and cares for them.
CityLife Church has implemented a range of child safety measures including a Child Protection Policy and Code of Conduct, which are both available on request. These measures encompass training and education of staff and volunteers on dealing with any form of child abuse, risk minimisation strategies to prevent abuse from occurring within the church, and clear guidance on how to respond and deal with a situation of child abuse and neglect in an effective and consistent manner.
Our staff and volunteers are all required to have current Working with Children Checks and they are trained to develop programs that are fun and engaging for all children, regardless of background or ability, from any of the 100 plus nationalities and ethnicities currently represented in our church.
In the event of any concerns or queries, see one of our pastors or contact us at email@example.com
CityLife Church Child Protection Policy and Code of Conduct are reviewed and updated regularly in accordance with our ongoing improvement of practices and legislative changes as appropriate.
