ONLINE LifeTracks 4 – Leader’s Life

LifeTracks is our 'Life Development and Leadership' course, which consists of six 'Tracks'.

In Track 4 we focus on leadership development and provide skill-based training to prepare partners of CityLife Church for confident leadership, becoming a leader of influence wherever God has placed you.

Topics covered are:

• The Call to Lead
  
• The Heart of a Leader
  
• A Leader's Spiritual Life
  
• The People Skills of a Leader
  
• The Leader as Coach
  
• The Leader as a Team Builder
  

This LifeTracks 4 Online self-learning course comprises of the following:
1. Orientation Workshop (via Zoom- 18 March)
You will first need to attend a 30-min Orientation Workshop.

2. Self-Paced Online Learning (over 2 weeks on Moodle)
This is the self-paced online learning component of the course content.

3. Course Workshop (via Zoom - 1 April)
You will need to attend a 1-hour Course Workshop after completing your Self-Paced Learning.
