Are you deeply concerned
about a family member, friend, colleague or someone you know well and care
for? Have they been feeling overly
stressed and anxious, or are they experiencing problems with low or irritable moods, or even
a loss of interest, enjoyment or motivation for things they used to enjoy? Are they having difficulty sleeping & eating? Are they experiencing a loss of self-confidence and purpose in life?
The Mental
Health First Aid course will provide you with skills and confidence to notice
and assist your family, friends, colleagues and people around you, who are
experiencing emotional and mental health challenges.
First Aid
for Mental Health is the help provided to a person who could be developing
a mental health problem, experiencing a worsening of a mental health problem or is in a mental health crisis. Mental Health First Aid is given until the appropriate
